ADMISSIONS PROCESS
Our admissions process is designed to be relational, transparent, and child-centred. It ensures that we are the right fit for each learner.
1. Initial enquiry
Contact our admissions team via email or phone to express interest. We will share our application pack and invite you for a school visit to answer any initial questions.
2. Submission of relevant reports
Parents submit available academic, therapeutic, and assessment reports so we can build a complete picture of the learner.
3. Connect & Discover Week
A trial period within the classroom, allowing us, and your child, to experience life at Noblehill firsthand. During this week we have our local Educational Psychologist do an informal academic screening on your child to establish their current academic levels within each subject.
4. Feedback session with school leadership
We meet with parents to share observations, discuss findings, and explore the best way forward for the child.
5. Placement decision
Following these steps, we communicate a placement decision and walk through next steps with families.

Please note that participation in a Connect & Discover Week does not guarantee placement or enrolment at Noblehill Inclusive Education. The Connect & Discover Week forms part of a careful assessment process designed to ensure the best possible fit for the student, the family, and the support we are able to offer.
The school reserves the right to make the final placement decision based on the observations and information gathered during this period. Our priority is always to make the most appropriate decision for the long-term wellbeing of the student, alongside our responsibility to the wider Noblehill community.
FEES & FINANCIAL INFORMATION
At Noblehill Inclusive Education, we are committed to providing a high-quality, specialised educational environment while remaining as accessible as possible to families.
School Fees (2026)

Fees start from R9 500 per month (Grade R – Grade 7)

A non-refundable deposit of R6 000 is required upon acceptance to secure placement
Fees are structured to reflect the level of individualised support, small class sizes, and specialised teaching approaches provided.
Projected School Fees: 2027
Please note that the following fee information is projected and subject to final confirmation closer to the 2027 academic year.

Fees for the 2027 academic year are projected to increase by between 5% and 10%, in line with operational costs and the continued development of our programme and facilities
Final 2027 fee schedules will be communicated to all current and prospective families ahead of the new academic year (Oct/Nov 2026). We are committed to providing as much notice as possible to allow families to plan accordingly.
As always, families requiring financial assistance are encouraged to enquire about our bursary application process.

We recognise that not all families are in the same financial position and are committed to supporting access where possible. Families who require financial assistance are welcome to apply through our bursary application process.
